Q: What are your rates?
A: We charge by the hour with a three-hour minimum. We can create a flat fee for those large projects or work on a retainer for blocks of time. We understand how each project is unique, so we can customize our pricing to fit your goals and budget, ensuring you're left with a beautifully organized home or office you'll love.


Q: When is the best time to get organized?
A: Get started anytime. When you look around your home and see that in each room you find clutter, you might think to yourself how much this clutter is affecting you and your family’s lives. Get started when you find the clutter is always there. When the clutter never ends and you start to feel like it's a burden to manage,

Q: What is the organizing process with Mercury Organizing?
A: Elizabeth Lulu will first assess your organizing project. Whether in-person or virtually, the assessment allows you to meet your organizer, and she will be able to get the scope of work needed so that she can give you an estimate of time and cost.

Q: How much time will we spend working together?
A: We work by appointment. There is a minimum of 3 hours per session. If you're willing to work for a longer amount of time, then the time frame will be agreed upon together.

Q: Do I need to do anything or purchase anything before we start working?
A:You will not need to do anything or purchase anything before we meet or start working together. “Don’t clean for the cleaning lady.”
